Booking & Cancellation Policy To ensure appointments run smoothly and fairly for all clients, please take a moment to read our booking and cancellation policy. Booking Your Appointment A deposit is required to secure your booking. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you and your cat, and we kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before your appointment will not incur any additional charges, and any eligible deposit can be transferred to a future booking. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, I reserve the right to retain your deposit. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or I attend and you, or your cat are not available (no-show), I reserve the right to charge the full cost of the scheduled groom. Aggressive or Unsafe Behaviour The safety and welfare of your cat always come first. If a groom cannot be completed due to severe stress, aggression, or safety concerns, a charge may still apply for the time spent and services attempted.
